WHERE: Elena is about 20 minutes from the port of Colonia. International flights will arrive in Montevideo and the Estanica Elena lodge is about 2 hours from Montevideo.

Trip Schedule: This is a flexible schedule, and the arrival city as well as the size of your wingshooting group are factors in deciding the schedule. Uruguay dove hunting trips are 3 days in length, with shooting on the afternoon of arrival, 2 full days of Uruguay doves, and the final dove hunt on the day of departure.

Flights are direct to Montevideo and arrive at 9 AM via American Airlines. If your group will be staying and seeing Buenos Aires, Argentina, you will need to book online your Buquebus or Colonia Express ticket for the short 50 minute ride to Colonia, Uruguay. Again, arrival time should be before noon to allow for the 1/2 day of Uruguay doves on the day of arrival.
